20% Deposit - Up to 90 Days to Pay

Novita diamonds offers a deposit system that enables you to initially pay a 20% deposit of the total price of your jewellery order. This will ensure that the diamond, ring or jewellery item(s) you have ordered, has been placed aside for you and is no longer available for anyone else to purchase.

Occasionally it may still show as available for a couple of hours until the next automatic update is done, so do not worry if you are still seeing it as available.

To clarify, this is not a “Get it Now, Pay Later” option. You will only be able to receive your jewellery once payment has been made in full. We have created this option to ease the burden of paying a large sum up front and it allows you to pay for the jewellery over a 90 day period.

Once the 20% deposit is made, the order starts getting processed. Depending on the item, it may take 1-4 weeks for the item to be completed. However, through this option, you have up to 90 days from the original purchase date to finalise the balance of the payment and collect your order. There is no set amount you need to pay each week. You will receive an invoice and can pay any amount at any time via bank transfer (or call us to make credit card payment) and must use the invoice number as a reference so we know who the payment is from.

By using this option, the 30 day free return policy is voided. We are not able to offer any refunds on purchases using this method of “20% deposit – Up to 90 days to pay”. If the balance is not paid within 90 days of the original purchase date or if you change your mind, the 20% deposit is forfeited. This is to cover the manufacturing cost of the jewellery and the re-stocking fee for the diamonds. We will endeavour to send you a payment reminder by email every 30 days or so.

There is an exception however, that if in any unusual circumstances you do not receive what you originally ordered, we will offer a full refund. This must be brought to our attention in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Please ensure that the balance of the order is paid within 90 days of placing your deposit. Failing to do so will cause you to lose the initial 20% deposit.
